1.0 Background: Contractor to install bus and GSA parking shades to prevent from summer bright
sunlight and cold winter temperatures.
2.0 of Work:
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supplies to install requirements:
2.1 Install Rear Entrance Port:
a. Building entrance install of entrance shading shall be 6' away from building.
b. Ground surface area: 10'6"x33".
c. Install 4' 8 gauge metal posting with 8' height cement foundation.
d. Install "Gable" style 22ga metal roof.
2.2 Install bus & GSA parking ports
a. Bus port surface area: 40' X 4' X 12' H
b. Install north entrance roofing extended 2' "Shed" style slope
c. Install 4' 8 ga. Metal posting with 8" height cement foundation
d. Install siding and back with metal for sturdy of roof and frame
2.3 American with Disability Act (ADA) Compliance OF CONTRACT:
The contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, supervision, materials, equipment, and facilities
(except as otherwise specified) to perform the awning installation project at Red Rock Day School in
Red Valley, AZ in the accordance with the Statement of Work or Specifications (attachments to the Statement of
Work/ Specifications are listed in Section J and are hereby made part of this solicitation and any resultant
contract).
