Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tadoule Lake, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; for the construction of a 5,225-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center; and fitness / recreation center.
The works for this project generally includes the construction of a 55' x 95' Recreation Centre building, an access road and parking area for 50 cars, site grading, installation of a water holding tank and a septic tank system, MB hydro and MTS connection, restoration and other related works. The Bidder shall submit a bid security of 10% of the tender amount with its tender in the form of a bid bond or a security deposit. The maximum amount of bid security with any tender is $250,000.00.
