Description

Renovation of a museum in Clandeboye, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

Parks Canada requires a contractor to remove and replace a cedar shingles roofing system (cedar shingles, flashing, caulking, underlay, etc.) on the roof of the Furloft Building at Lower Fort Garry National Historic Site. The scope of work includes supply and installation of construction fencing around site, removal of existing shingles, installation of new shingles including preparation, installation of underlayment, trim boards, new white Cedar Shingles, and if necessary, any areas of damage to roof decking. Please note Eastern White Cedar Shingles are to be provided by Parks Canada. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $100,001 > $ 250,000, Taxes extra. award is subject to final approval.
