The work to be performed under this Contract consist of furnishing of all labor, materials, material delivery, transportation and all associated services for the construction of the Commerce Street Rehabilitation and Commerce Street Streetlight (Project. This work generally consists removing existing asphaltic concrete pavement, curb and gutter, traffic striping. The construction includes roadway excavation, subbase, base course, asphalt pavement, sidewalk, sidewalk ramps with tactile warning panels, driveways, curb and gutter, traffic signs, pavement markings; loop detectors, illuminated street name signs, street lighting, pull boxes, conduit, and conductors; adjusting manholes, valves, pull boxes; traffic control; dust control; miscellaneous improvements as shown on the Drawings; and other related items of work as specified and shown on the drawings. All questions must be submitted in writing and received no later than 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. The Project shall be completed within 240 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $2,500,000 to $2,700,000. A Prebid Conference Will Not Be Held for This Project. The final 1% subcontractor list shall be included in the bid proposal or submitted via email within two hours of the bid opening. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
