Site work and paving for a road / highway in San Jon, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Project includes the application of new chip seal or cape seal road surfacing over existing roads as identified in base and alternative base schedules and installation of new street signs and posts to the extent funds are available. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to adjust quantities included in the Bid Schedule as necessary to provide a complete project with the available funding. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The Bidding Documents may also be examined at the following locations: Village of San Jon PO Box 37 (410 Elm Ave.) San Jon, NM 88434
