As of May 22, 2025, a construction manager was awarded and construction is complete. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Opening in 2001, Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium is home to the Ohio State University Track and Field and Soccer teams. The 10,000-seat stadium is also host to NCAA and Ohio High School track and field events. The synthetic track surface is beyond its life cycle and needs replaced. This project includes the removal and replacement of all synthetic running surfaces and underlying asphalt pavement. The new track system must in in accordance with the NCAA rules and regulations. This project will utilize the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method. The project and construction budget as listed in this RFQ is estimated. The project has been approved for design and construction services. This request is for Architect/Engineer (A/E) to provide design and project management to establish the schematic design concept, design development, construction documents, bidding, construction contract administration and post-construction services.
