Demolition and site work for a residential development in Busby, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Westlock County (“The County’) is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to provide building demolition services set out in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). The purpose of this RFP process is to select a qualified contractor to enter into a Demolition Work Agreement with The County for the performance of the work of demolition and removal of residential buildings (mobile homes and attached structures), storage sheds, septic system (if applicable), debris and one commercial hotel building. The work requires the site to be secured and all structures, services and debris removed and disposed as per environmental regulations. The overall project objective is to have the site ready for future development.
