UNLV is seeking an experienced contractor for the repair and maintenance of elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, and lifts on all UNLV properties. Items included in the Scope of Work may require compliance with Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 338, and will require payment of prevailing wage in applicable situations. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 9/7/2023 05:00:00 PM (PT) This Project has been estimated to cost approximately $700,000.00 annually Upon Notice of Intent to Award, the Successful Bidder must obtain Performance and Payment bonds equivalent to the amount bid. Bonds may be in the format attached or may use AIA Formats. Bonds must be submitted within five (5) days of receiving the Notice of Intent to Award letter. Required bonds and insurance must be furnished prior to the Contract being awarded and becoming binding.
