The attached RFP contains information on the specific required scope, along with other services the Plumbing Services Contractor shall provide. In addition, it outlines how the selection process will be managed, CSD's requirements, CSD's evaluation of the submittal packages. After you have reviewed the RFP information, you are invited to submit your firm's submission as a Plumbing Services Contractor to the City Schools of Decatur. EQUIPMENT SERVICE-Diagnostic, Repair, and Maintenance of Plumbing equipment EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION / RETROFIT / MODIFICATION-Installation of Plumbing equipment and systems PROFESSIONAL SERVICES- Architectural and Engineering Services related to Plumbing installations and renovations. Discretionary Work Request shall be executed and filed with CSD for all changes and/or additional work or materials in excess of the requirements covered in the contract. The Discretionary Work Request, when endorsed by the vendor and by CSD, shall become binding to both parties thereto. The vendor shall furnish all labor, tools, supplies, supervision and transportation to perform Plumbing services as specifically outlined in this section. Firm will supply specialized equipment and materials necessary for any work performed. All fieldwork shall be performed under the supervision of a qualified supervisor. CSD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed to be non-responsive and also reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications, to waive any technicalities, informalities or irregularities and to ultimately award a contract to the firm that is deemed to have presented the best and most advantageous qualifications for the School District, resulting from an evaluation process using criteria set forth in Section III of this RFP
