ET, October 20, 2021/ DeKalb County Government (the County) requests qualified individuals and firms with experience in design and engineering services to submit proposals for Design and Engineering Services During Construction for Snapfinger Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion - Phase 3A Project. Engineer will prepare Preliminary Design Report(s) (PDRs) with evaluation of alternatives, the Basis of Design Report (BODR) detailing selected alternatives, a Design Development Report (DDR) for submission to regulatory agency and provide engineering services during construction, including postconstruction services, to construct and successfully commission the Project. Deadline for Submission of Questions: 5:00 P.M. ET, October 13, 2021 Deadline for Receipt of Proposals: 3:00 P.M. ET, November 10, 2021 Questions must be submitted to Michelle Butler, via email to mnbutler@dekalbcountyga.gov, no later than close of business on October 13, 2021. The county reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to Waive informalities, and to re-advertise. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
