Renovation of a residential development in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the online. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Indian Creek Foundation of Souderton, PA, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10%) of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each Bid. This Contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, which provides that training, employment, and other economic opportunities generated by HUD assistance or HUD-assisted projects covered by section 3, shall, to the greatest extent feasible, be directed to low- and very low-income persons, particularly persons who are recipients of HUD assistance for housing. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. bid shall include on the bid a breakdown of the project costs including each subcontractor trade and including a statement that the bid total cost is in conformance with the design intent of the Contract Documents and including any Addendum issued after the required preconstruction meeting. Prior to awarding the contract, bids may be held by the Indian Creek Foundation for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders. The Indian Creek Foundation of Souderton, PA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding when, in the opinion of the CEO or his designee, such rejections or waivers shall be to its interest or advantage.
