This project includes the following specifications: The contractor shall retain professional personnel who have successfully and competently provided services and installations of multicourt systems similar to this scope. The contractor will clear, fill, seal, resurface, stripe, and paint each court. The owner will pick the colors. The contractor will use Armor Crack Repair or equivalent and apply 3 coats of deco full acrylic playing surface. The contractor will stripe the courts with one coat of primer and two coats of texturized white line paint. The contractor will install one in-ground basketball goals system. S The contractor will install one pickleball court system and two pickleball/tennis systems. The contractor will provide State standards for outdoor equipment. *lf the contractor proposes different equipment, it shall be equivalent or better. The City of Temple will have the right to discard any proposals with equipment proposed different than what is listed below, though these proposals will be evaluated and considered.The contractor will repair the damaged fence on the court's west side.
