A description of the Work to be performed generally includes but is not limited to: install new concrete drain pan, relocating existing drain pan, demolition and removals, erosion control, retaining walls and any and all other work necessary to complete the project in accordance with Contract Documents including the plans and specifications. Specifically, Work includes erosion control, seeding, cut to fill, relocation of existing chase drain, installing 2' concrete drain pan, concrete demo and 5' sidewalk construction, ADA ramp removal and installation of new modular block retaining wall to be included as part of the Bid.
