The Base Bid consists of the following: This project is a new construction, type V-B, one-story framed building of approximately 2.400 sf. In general, the construction includes: concrete slab, light gauge metal framed building structure, metal stud partition walls, manufactured wood trusses. and exterior walls finished with brick veneer; general office finishes of drywall, carpet, tile, LVT, and suspended ceilings; Base bid must include all listed allowances and unit prices. The project includes typical general construction work: Site work-grading, paving, storm water, fencing, and landscaping: Concrete slabs-on-grade; Exterior Metal Stud framing with masonry veneer; Interior Metal Stud partition wall framing: Misc. steel framing and fabrications; Aluminum windows-unitary and storefronts: Waterproofing and dampproofing: Engineered Wood Trusses; Roofing standing seam metal roof; Doors, hardware, windows, hollow metal frames; Suspended acoustical and gypsum board ceilings; Finishes - luxury vinyl tile, carpet, paint, etc.; Typical Plumbing work as a major subcontractor to the general - sewer piping, water piping, fixtures, etc.; Bid(5.0%), Performance(100%), Payment(100%), Certified Check
