Renovation of an office development in Salisbury, North Carolina. Design plans call for the renovation of a office development.
As of September 27, 2024, a design firm has been selected. This project is going to go out for bid in the month of October. SOQs received after the deadline of Monday, September 25, 2023, at 3:00 PM ET, will not be considered. A detailed scope of work will be developed and agreed to by the Architecture firm and Rowan County for each project undertaken. This detailed scope of work and associated fee will be developed into a work authorization and included as an attachment to the contract. The terms of the contract will not be exclusive, and the contract may be cancelled by either party for any reason at any time. List project title (Architectural Services for WEP) the name of your firm, and the name, address, email address and telephone number of a contact person for questions concerning the proposal submitted. Rowan County reserves the right to award and/or reject any and/or all submittals and waive any technicalities or irregularities. For complete details, consult the RFQ. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Director by 5pm ET on Friday, September 15, 2023.
