Work Classification 3A or 5, and in the proper dollar amount with N.J.D.O.T. The prequalification shall be valid at the time bids are opened. Current licenses of the named subcontractors must be submitted with the bid simultaneously with the list of subcontractors. PREVAILING WAGE RATES; When applicable, the contractor shall pay the latest prevailing wage rates for projects in excess of $2,000.00 as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industry of the State of New Jersey, for the locality in which the work is to be performed pursuant to Chapter 150, Laws of 1963 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56, 25 et seq.). The Contractor shall comply with all applicable statutes and regulations regarding the payment of wages and specifically Title 34, Chapter 11, of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION; Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27.
