City of Fontana Metrolink Station Provide missing sidewalk alogn Wheeler Avenue, Newport Avenue, Emerald Avenue, and Ceres Avenue East of Sierra Avenue (including four curb ramps). Provide buffered bike lanes, wayfinding signage, Color bike trail at conflict zones alogn Arrow Boulevard and Citrus Avenue.
