Renovation of a civil project in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

SCOPE: Cut out and remove existing feed tank and pumps (4) Contractor responsible to removal from facility and disposal Replace in kind with existing Replace any insulation required for piping Procure and install new feed tank in accordance with CPS specs. o Assess existing control panel for pumps for functionality and usability. o Reuse existing control panel if able, replace if necessary. o Procure and Install (4) new 1 HP feed pumps. o Install piping and fittings from pumps to discharge line. o Start up and verify proper operation. Clean all work area. Contractor to secure necessary permits. Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. All trash must be removed off-site by contractor.
