The Engineer's Estimate for the WEST PARK CSO IMPROVEMENTS is $2,250,000.00. Effective October 3, 2023, ORC Section 153.12 states that a public improvement contract may not be entered into if the price of the contract is in excess of twenty percent (20%) of the project estimate. Pursuant to amended NEORSD Bylaws and policy, the NEORSD may establish a percentage less than 20 percent (20%) for any public improvement project. For this Project, the price of the contract may not be in excess of ten percent (10%) of the Engineer's Estimate
