North Douglas County feasibility study The following schedule of events shall be followed for this RFP: RFP #203 Release 8/15/2023 Non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting 8/22/2023 Deadline to submit written questions and requests for clarification 08/22/2023 Deadline to protest RFP Document provisions 8/22/2023 Proposal Due Date 08/29/2023 Proposal Opening 08/30/2023 Issuance of Intent to Award contract by 09/13/2023 Deadline to protest intended award No later than 7 calendar days after issuance of Intent to Award Contract will be signed by 09/13/2023 The Douglas County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive technicalities, and to award the contract to the highest scoring responsive responsible Proposer. The Douglas County Board of Commissioners may reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements and may reject all Proposals upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
