Renovation of an educational facility in Bergenfield, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The new work generally consists of Mechanical Upgrades to the Bergenfield High School which includes new roof top units (RTU), and associated controls, electrical, and gas piping. Sealed bids will be received for the following contract: 1. Overall Single Prime (all of the work) C. One (1) Original and (1) copy of the Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mrs. JoAnn Khoury-Frias, Business Administrator and shall be identified on the outside of the package (outside of mailing package if mailed) with the following: Bid for Mechanical Upgrades at the Bergenfield High School. 1. Following the conference, the Architect may send a written memorandum to all Bidders indicating any addenda and/or clarification items, if required. All technical questions, comments, and inquiries should be directed to Solutions Architecture; the last day for questions is October 5, 2023. G. Bids shall be made on the Forms of Proposal provided and must be accompanied by bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. H.Each bidder shall submit with its bid, a Certificate of Consent of Surety as per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-25 from a Surety company stating that it will provide the bidder and all subcontractors, if successful, with a performance/payment bond in the full amount of the contract.
