Site work, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Subject project calls for a proposal to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transport necessary in performing all work required to replace the 2 high voltage transformers feeding Building 925 to include all associated distribution equipment, ie, disconnects, conduits and conductors, needed for the operation of the transformers. All services and materials shall meet electrical industry standards for work on high voltage electrical distribution transformers to include but not limited to: Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) C57.12.00 General Requirements for Liquid-Immersed Distribution, Power, and Regulating Transformers; IEEE C57.12.90 Test Code for Liquid-Immersed Distribution, Power, and Regulating Transformers; ANSI/NETA ATS, Acceptance Testing Specifications for Electrical Power Distribution Equipment and Systems; Standards Detail D117 Standard Guide for Sampling, Test Methods and Specifications for Electrical Insulating Liquids; National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70 National Electric Code; Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3- 560-01 Operation and Maintenance: Electrical Safety; AFMAN 32-1062 Electrical Systems, Power Plants and Generators Replace the 2 high voltage transformers feeding building 925 to include all associated distribution equipment, ie, disconnects, conduits and conductors, needed for the operation of these transformers.
