This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number FA2521-23-Q-B085 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 effective date 02 Jun 23. This is a set aside 100% to Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238220 with a size standard of $19,000,000. The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is for the contractor to replace a condensing water pump/motor skid at the building 550 chiller plant. The pump/motor CDWP-2 allows redundancy so that buildings 530, 533, 534, 535, 536, 537, 560, 561, 562, 556, 545, and 546 can have adequate cooling from the cooling tower at building 550.
