Design-Built task order for replacing all existing cooling towers and chiller #1 located at D Bldg, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Bldg. 650 at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Contact the Facility/COR POC listed in the Scope of Work (Section 7.3) for base access questions or issues. For any security questions, please contact the Facility representative identified in the SOW. It will not be possible to schedule additional or make-up site visits. Information obtained during the site visit, but not included in the scope of work is not contractually binding. Oral exchanges between contractors and the government prior to award of the contract will not be binding. Please notify this office immediately through the request for information (RFI) process of any issues raised during the site visit that appear to conflict with or expand the scope of the task order as officially issued. The objective of this project is for the Contractor to provide all services, materials, and equipment necessary to replace all existing cooling towers and chiller #1 located at D. Bldg., Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Bldg. 650 at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, in accordance with all Federal, State and Installation codes and laws, to include preparation of a design as discussed below. Work shall be accomplished in accordance with the current governing version of ASHRAE and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospitals, The Joint Commission Hospital Accreditation Standards, Fort Campbell Design Guide, and the Unified Facilities Guidelines Specifications (UFGS).
