The work comprises of the excavation, backfill and upgrading of the foundation walls, waterproofing, insulating, as well as the replacement of all curb stops, water, storm, sewer laterals and foundation drain piping complete with all connections and the complete restoration of all affected surfaces, for various Residential Housing Unit's (RHU's) at CFHA in Oromocto (5CDSB), Gagetown, Oromocto, N.B. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 90 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 4 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
