Renovation of a fire / police facility in Onalaska, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,600-square-foot fire / police facility.
As of October 26, 2023 the project was not been awarded the timeline for the award was not yet been established. 2023 Fire Bay Floor Repair Bidders Proof of Responsibility form must be filed in the Office of the City Clerk not later than 5:00 PM on the 8th day of September, 2023, and show sufficient financial ability, equipment, and experience to properly perform the contract. The Council's decision as to qualification shall be final. Bids will be accepted only, from such qualified bidders. In general, the project involves concrete and epoxy floor repair around existing metal trench drains in each of the four Fire Department garage bays. Project will involve grinding approximately 950 square feet of existing concrete floor to a depth of one and a half inches and removal and replacement of 4,650 square feet of existing epoxy flooring for floor repair. Repairs will occur in two bays at a time and dust control will be required to prevent migration into vehicle admissions and HVAC systems. **Plus Additional Misc. Appurtenances
