Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of October 3, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 19, 2023. Replacement of decks at Main Beach The scope of work involves furnishing all of the required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to, install new decks at Main Beach in accordance with the plans prepared by the Crystal Lake Park District and any authorized change orders which have been signed by both parties. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond, a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bank Draft for 10% (ten percent) of the total bid made payable to Crystal Lake Park District. Each bid shall also include three (3) references of clients for which similar work was performed, listing the name, address and telephone number of the client, a description of the work, and the construction cost. The Crystal Lake Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities.
