Woburn Street Improvement. The bids will be for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, appliances etc. necessary for construction of the WOBURN STREET TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. Affirmative Marketing Participation Goals Each Municipality must enforce the Affirmative Marketing Goals developed by the Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAM) in consultation with SOMWBA as follows: Design Participation: MBEs (6.6%) and WBEs (15%) Construction Participation: MBEs (4.2%) and WBEs (8.8%) The contract shall be for the period beginning on or about September 18, 2023 or as stated in the NOTICE TO PROCEED, WHICHEVER IS LATER and end idealy on or before November 30, 2023, but no later than April 30, 2024. Prospective bidders are required to submit all questionsin writing to the Chief Procurement Officer by 4:00 P.M. (EST) on August 29, 2023. Any questions received after this time will not be considered for review by the City. Contractors should email questions and addendum acknowledgements to the following email address: pmvaughn@lowellma.gov.
