Renovation of a municipal facility in Mashpee, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,700-square-foot municipal facility.
Mashpee Department of Public Works Roof and Masonry Repairs. The Town of Mashpee, acting through its Board of Selectmen, the Awarding Authority, isseeking sealed bids for the provision and all designated labor, equipment and materials for the fluid-applied membrane repair of the existing PVC Roof system, and fluid-applied wall repair of the exterior CMU Wall systems at the Mashpee DPW, 350 Meetinghouse Road, Mashpee, MA 02649, in accordance with bidding documents prepared by the Town of Mashpee Questions relative to this Request for Bids should be directed in writing to Catherine Laurent, Director of Public Works, via email at dpw@mashpeema.gov or fax at 508-539-3894. he Project is the fluid-applied repair of the existing 5,000 +/- square foot PVC roof system and related work, as shown on the plans included. The work under this Project shall include the furnishing, transporting, handling, and placing of the items specified and furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals for the satisfactory completion of this project. 2. An alternate price shall be provided per Bid Alternate #1 to add the restorations of 5,700 +/- square foot of exterior CMU walls for the building to the scope of work, per the plans and specifications included. The project is application of a fluid-applied membrane repair of the existing PVC Roof system, and fluid-applied wall repair of the exterior CMU Wall systems
