Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Live Oak, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

Work on the project shall include the procurement and construction of a pre-manufactured aircraft storage hangar building to include excavation and embankment of soils, site/utility work, design/build of the hangar and its foundations, electrical work, interior and exterior lighting, and a single piece hydraulic aircraft hangar door The proposed project consists of installing a new metal building adjacent to an existing apron. The new metal building will be adjacent to the newly constructed storage hangar building. In order to do so, hangar construction work includes, but is not limited to: erosion and sediment control, clearing and grubbing, full depth pavement removal, installation of slab foundation and metal building, concrete approach slab construction and joint sealing, drainage modifications, grading, and installation of new water and electrical utilities. The proposed project is anticipated to begin construction in the fall of 2023. It is anticipated that the project will be funded by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) under Public Transportation Grant Agreement (PTGA) Financial Project No. 440059-1.
