Project No.: 570-19-701 Project Title: Construct Photovoltaic (PV) Design at Fresno VA Medical Center, Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) on behalf of VA Central California Health Care System. Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs Fresno campus has a requirement to provide remediation for the site deficiencies in accordance with the draft statement of work (SOW), specifications and drawings.
