Renovation of a conference / convention center in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified. Project shall be paid not less than the prevailing wage rate. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR to replace the flooring, repaint walls, doors and frames, modifications to electrical /data for new workstations and furniture with an add alternate to replace lighting. Prime Contractor must have a valid Class "B" Contractor's License.
