THE CITY OF FRESNO IS INVITING CONSULTANTS TO SUBMITA STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR MASTER PLANNING AND DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE FACILITY AT 1626 E STREET Bid File No. 12400547The City of Fresno's Department of Public Utilities (DPU) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a qualified firm to provide master planning, design, engineering, and construction administration services for multiphase improvements at the Department of Public Utilities Operations & Maintenance Facility. Facility upgrades include reconfiguring of offices, workspace cubicle areas, breakrooms, reception and lobby area, locker areas, warehouse space, division vehicle and staff parking, fuel station, landscaping, site security and safety, equipment and material storage areas, and a radio antenna for remote site communication and controls.
