Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/18/2023 5:00 PM. Notice is hereby given that the Fresno Unified School DISTRICT (''DISTRICT'') will receive sealed bids for Bid No. 24-18, Farber Educational Campus South Building A Modernization, to modernize the entire building replacing most of the building systems and installing an audio-visual system. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified. The substitution of appropriate securities in lieu of retention amounts from progress payments in accordance with Public Contract Code Section 22300 is permitted. The Bid documents are on file at Fresno and Tulare Builders Exchanges; and Fresno Reprographics. This Project is subject to prequalification, in accordance with Public Contract Code 20111.6. All Bidders performing as either a General Engineering Contractor (A license), General Building Contractor (B license), Electrical Contractor, Mechanical Contractor, or Plumbing Contractor utilized as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor must be prequalified prior to submitting bids on this project.
