The County reserves the right to make a determination in the County s sole discretion as to the sufficiency of qualifications of any bidder. The action to award a contract is subject to approval by the Board of County Commissioners. The submission of a bid does not in any way commit the County to enter into an agreement or contract with that bidder. The culvert site is located on Marine Road, which is a paved county road. Marine Road can be accessed directly from U.S. Highway 50 via LaSalle Road or from Highway 550 via State Highway 90. 3. A special load transport permit is required by Montrose County for loads more than 16 feet wide, 16 feet high or 110 feet long. The cost of the County special load transport permit will be waived by the County for this project if the delivery load exceeds the County dimension thresholds. 4.
