The period of this contract shall be for one calendar year from the date of award. The County shall have the right to automatically renew this agreement for four (4) additional one-year terms under the same terms and conditions of the original contract. The Contractor warrants that the hourly rates and cost of service shall remain firm for a period of one year from the first date of the contract period. Adjustments to hourly rates and services may be negotiated only during the sixty day period prior to renewal. Any questions pertaining to the Scope of Work, or other solicitation documents must be received in writing by the Culpeper County Purchasing Office, before 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, to: Culpeper County Purchasing Department Attn: Alan H.
