Description

Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Adams Township, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.

As of November3, 2023 prject is on hold no definite date for the rebid The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner Bidders for this contract shall have completed projects similar in character and scope and will be required to provide with their bid a completed Statement of Bidders Qualifications and Equipment List in the forms prescribed in the Contract Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents and executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The bidder will also furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the contract documents
