Renovation of a civil project in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This work is to be bid only by KUB pre-qualified contractors in the following areas 3.5 Water Plant Construction, Unlimited. Bids will not be accepted from contractors who are not pre-qualified in the referenced categories prior to the bid opening Notice of Award September 13, 2023 Notice to Proceed on or before October 4, 2023 Substantial Completion within 450 calendar days following the commence date. Cut off or questions at 4:00PM on September 5, 2023Issue addendum if required by 4:00PM on September 7, 2023 All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994, as amended (TCA Title 62, chapter 6). Each bidder must turn in a security deposit with its Bid. The deposit is five percent (5%) of the Bid amount, subject to the Form of Agreement, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond and of Performance and Payment Bonds, and other Bidding Documents may be examined at conditions stated in the Instructions to Bidders.
