The proposed work is generally described as follows: Expansion of the East Canyon Water Reclamation Facility to a capacity of 7.5 MGD. The project is located at 2909 West Sackett Drive, Park City, Utah 84098 and includes construction of the following: new headworks screening and grit removal equipment, new Equalization basins and influent pump station, new concrete bioreactor with anaerobic and anoxic treatment zones, one secondary clarifier with fiberglass dome, New RAS pumps and scum pumps, tertiary filter equipment and UV disinfection equipment, Advanced Treatment Building mechanical dewatering equipment, stand-by generator, new Operations Building and Maintenance Building, yard piping, grading and paving, ancillary improvements and demolition of existing buildings and concrete structures. Existing treatment facilities must remain operational during construction of new facilities, followed by coordinated switch over to new treatment facilities.
