The Engineer reserves the right to make decisions on extending the bid period. The project scope of work is the construction of 9,795 square feet, public event center /display gallery with a commercial kitchen, conference room, offices and restrooms to be located at 900 Shepard Drive in the City of Santa Maria. The building consists of a wood and steel frame construction, gypsum board walls, T-Grid ceiling system, fiber cement exterior siding and stone veneer wainscot, field-built and pre-manufactured wood trusses with standing seam metal roofing, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
