Reference Number 0000328534 The Little Thompson Water District (LTWD) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or entities (Proposer) to provide a Feasibility Study that evaluates the installation of solar photovoltaic facilities at LTWD's jointly owned reservoir site, Dry Creek Reservoir. The feasibility study should include analysis of electrical production and deliveries; production and sale of green hydrogen; and production and injection of liquid or gaseous oxygen into the reservoir. All project questions must be submitted on website. Questions are due no later than 2:00 PM MDT on Wednesday, September 13, 2023. Any resulting addenda will be issued on website no later than 5:00 PM MDT on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. Call Ms. Kammy Tinney at 970-344-6307 to verify receipt of your questions. Final consultant selection and project award expected by October 19, 2023. *The Little Thompson Water District retains the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-solicit if deemed to be in the best interest of the Little Thompson Water District
