Reference Number 0000322621 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:07/21/2023 Piggyback Contract No The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water) is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants for the Sustainable Landscape Templates. The work will generally consist of: Creating a set of landscape templates for residential use which will provide for rebuilding and revegetation plans in communities affected by the December 2021 Marshall Fire in Northern Colorado. The templates will provide construction-ready residential landscape templates for use by homeowners and/or contractors to rebuild in fire affected areas, as well as for new construction in general, and for HOA use in facilitating landscape renovation approvals by Architectural Review Committees. Northern Water seeks to procure the services of a Landscape Architect(s) and/or professional project team to create a set of residential scalable Sustainable Landscape Templates and associated support materials for publication and provision by Northern Water to the public. The Templates will be professionally designed plans usable for construction. The Templates will include site plans, planting plans, irrigation plans as well as the necessary construction details Anticipated Schedule. The work is scheduled to start by July 28, 2023, and shall be complete no later than October 27, 2023. The Consultant shall prepare a project schedule illustrating when each task will be accomplished.
