Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a medical facility in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and for asbestos abatement for a medical facility.
Rusk County is accepting bids for building demolition, which will include asbestos abatement/removal of the structure located at 900 College Ave. in the City of Ladysmith . The property was previously used as a nursing home/hospital, but has been vacant for approximately 6 months. The building is situated on approximately 5.1 acres of land on the Flambeau River just west of Highway 27 (Parcel #246035990000). A map is attached in Exhibit A. An asbestos survey has already been completed for the property and is attached in Exhibit B. Rusk County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
