Letting is subject to Section 62.15(1) and Section 66.0901, Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, an amount to secure the bid and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Contract shall be subject to Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes pertaining tomunicipal wage scales and Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. The "American Iron and Steel" requirements must be met. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. This project is being funded in part by the WI DNR EIF Program (Safe Drinking Water Loan Program and Clean Water Fund) and the City of Ladysmith.
