Remove the shingled roof on the Generator Room section of the 36th Avenue Pump Station and replace with similar system. Remove all plumbing pipe boots on the metal roofs of Facilities 10 and 85 replace with similar boots. Project Location: 15100 NW McCann Road, Vancouver, WA 98685 Estimated Cost: $300,000 to $350,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
