The Project is generally described as the supply and installation of precast concrete bleacher section on the Owner's preinstalled structural steel and concrete foundations of approximately 450 linear feet of bleachers, twenty (20) rows of seating and a rear walkway. The precast contractor shall provide structurally designed drawings and documents, stamped by a professional engineer licensed in the State of Nebraska, with a current registration. The precast design documents and drawings shall be coordinated with design of the structural support steel and the cast-in place concrete foundations, to assure the mating of the structural connection points. The precast bleachers will have receiving brackets for the seating attachments and aisle steps. Owner anticipates that the precast project's total bid price will be approximately $2,500,000. The precast project has an expected final completion date of March 1, 2024. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website.
