Stark Assembly Area and Horse Campground Gravel The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the furnishing, delivery, and spreading of Class 5 gravel to cover approximately 1,400 linear feet of new and existing roads to the width and depth specified within the Walter E. Stark Assembly Area and Horse Campground area of Pillsbury State Forest. For a site visit, please contact the project manager Matt Feigum at 218-825-3075.
