The Otay Water District (District) will require the services of a Construction Management and Inspection (CM&I) Services consulting firm to provide construction management and inspection services for the construction of the 870-2 (3.4 MG) Reservoir Project (CIP P2228). The Project includes two phases, Phase I: construction of a new 3.4 MG above ground AWWA D110 Type I pre-stressed concrete reservoir, associated piping and appurtenances. Once the new reservoir is in service, Phase II will include removal and replacement of the existing membrane liner and cover on the earthen 870-1 Reservoir and lowering of the inlet piping on the existing 870-1 Reservoir. The general scope of work for the CM&I Services includes, but is not limited to, the following: Construction Contract Administration Inspection (As-needed in support of District Inspection) Project Start-Up/Commissioning
