Site work and paving for a civil project in Memramcook, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work under this Contract generally includes asphalt milling and resurfacing of an approximate 950 m section of Royal Road (Route 106) in the Village of Memramcook. Work will also include crack repairs, the replacement of roadway cross culverts, supply and installation of manholes, reinstatement of trenches, roadway shoulders and all other disturbed areas. Each Tender shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price, payable to the Village de Memramcook. The successful Tenderer will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the value of the Contract, or a Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the value of the Contract amount upon award. Tender documents may only be obtained electronically from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website under "Attachments" on the tender notice advertisement. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to download and print all of the tender documents, including all addenda issued during the tender period, and deposit their completed tender with all the required documents in the manner and time prescribed for the submission of tenders.
