Clark Regional Wastewater District Salmon Creek Treatment Plant Roof Repair and Replacement Project Discovery Clean Water Alliance Project Remove the existing membrane roof and insulation systems on Facilities 47, 70, and 72 and replace with new EPDM membrane and board insulation roof system. Remove the shingled roof on the Generator Room section of the 36th Avenue Pump Station and replace with similar system. Remove all plumbing pipe boots on the metal roofs of Facilities 10 and 85 replace with similar boots. The Board of Sewer Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, republish the call for bids, revise or cancel the work, or require the work to be done in another way if the best interest of the District is served. Award of contract is not anticipated to occur prior to October 10, 2023. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the District.
